Our reflexology treatment is a massage therapy used to relieve tension and treat illness by applying circular pressure to ‘reflex points’ on the feet, hands and head. These reflex points connect to the sensory nerves of the whole body. Organic herbal oils are added to this massage technique to enhance the overall experience and aid in the reduction of chronic or acute pain.
